SuperTuxKart 0.7.2: Add-on manager release

NOLF2 source released but to what end

The commercial abandonware 2002 game No One Lives Forever (trailer) has been released under the GPLv2.The NOLF2 source code has been released under the GPLv2 by Touchdown Entertainment.
